Position: Production & Sales Coordinator
Location: Houston, TX
Full-time
Responsibilities
-Assist the Production Manager with daily production planning and supervise production progress and quality
-Follow up on customer orders and coordinate production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
-Collect and analyze production data to improve efficiency
-Coordinate information flow between production, sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams
-Monitor product issues and customer complaints, drive corrective actions
-Prepare production and order reports for management
-Support 5S management, process improvements, and training on the production floor
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree or above
-Minimum 2 years of experience in factory production management and order coordination
-Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
-Strong communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure
-Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is a plus
-Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
-Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
